SaimaaHoliday Internet reservation instructions

1.Log in using your username and password, or if you are a new user, click on Make Reservation.
2.Choose the appropriate Holiday Center and Arrival Date, and number of Nights, Rooms/Cottages and Persons. Note that you can use the calendar on the right to choose the appropriate date.
3.Click on Check Availability.
4.The system will show you the available rooms and cottages based on the given criteria. Note that the system will show you all the available cottages that accommodate the number of persons you have chosen. Read the descriptions of the rooms and cottages carefully to find the most suitable one. Choose a room or cottage by clicking on Book.
5.Fill in your personal data, and a username and a password. Save your username and password so that you can use them later when making other reservations.
6.Fill in your arrival time and possible other information. Click Save Reservation.
7.Move to the Internet payment page by clicking Internet Payment.
8.Choose the payment method you wish by clicking on the appropriate icon. The system will take you to the service provider’s website. When using Visa or other credit card, you will need your credit card information. When using Internet bank services, you will need your personal Internet bank codes. Further instructions are given on each service provider’s website.
9.After finishing the payment you will return to the SaimaaHoliday reservation system. If the payment has been successfully registered, the eMail Confirmation Request icon will be activated. Click on the icon to order an e-mail confirmation (recommended).
10.If your confirmation request fails, contact our sales service.
11.Your reservation has been registered. You will get a reservation confirmation by e-mail.
12.You can view your valid reservations by clicking on the View Reservation Summary link, where you can also cancel your reservation.
